We're hosting three V5RC tournaments this fall, and family and community volunteers make each event possible. Most roles include event-day training — please sign up early so we can fill the October gap first. Keep ParentSquare notifications on for final timing and assignments.

How Your Family Can Help
Event Operations
- Setup / teardown — fields, pits, tables, chairs & electronics
- Check-in — welcome teams and give directions
- Queueing — stage teams and keep fields on schedule
Fields & Scoring
- Practice / skills — supervise attempts and scoring
- Inspection / reset — check robots and reset fields
- TM, scoring & emcee — training or confidence required
Hospitality & Support
- Concessions — setup, inventory, sales & cash
- Hospitality — welcome teams and support volunteers
- Great first roles — most include event-day training

Interview teams · review engineering notebooks · deliberate awards. Experience is important, and confidentiality is required. This is a full-day assignment.

| Friday Setup | 3:00–7:00 PM | Fields, pits, power/electronics, signs, tables and concessions. Final details announced. |
| AM Event | 7:00 AM–12:30 PM | Check-in, inspection, practice/skills, matches and hospitality; lunch/handoff at noon. |
| PM Event | 12:00–5:30 PM | Matches, skills, finals, awards and event close — please stay through 5:30. |
| Cleanup Crew | 3:00–7:00 PM | Breakdown, trailer loading and gym sweep. Event pack-down begins at 5:00 PM. |
